Which would you rather have? A modular?

I can suggest two companies not to purchase a modular from if you'd like to know. I can also suggest who to have one stick built by, again if you'd like to know. ;o) Course this one has only been under construction since October and they are 'thinking' they might be done by Christmas, again I'm not sure which year. LOL
