Can you believe this?

One month ago they were excavating to set this place.

As you can see by the date on the picture they started excavation on this home the first of October.

This is a picture of where this home is at two weeks later. I'll take another picture later this evening, this one was taken around 11:00 am, and show you that these guys know how to build a house. They will likely have it done before the other 'modular' is completed. My guess is that many of the contractors that set and complete modulars have much to learn from this outfit don't y'all think?

Well here's what it is looking like so far. I took this picture a little after 6:00 pm and they are still working. It appears as if they are putting on the trusses for the gable over the front/back porch. As you can see, they have all the roof boards installed on the roof. My guess is it'll be totally enclosed tonight except for the doors and windows. Now tell me, don't you think some contractors down here could learn something?
