Our neighbor is starting his place, he's the guy on the bluff on the way in.

This is the last picture you'll see of the stairway this color, I won't take another one until it's all stained. ;)
The top of the handrail on the right is the color it'll all be when we get done. We spent one day sanding all this then the next day cleaning up the dust.
