We've been busy doing some cleaning getting it ready. We received the keys to the house and the garage door openers yesterday. :) :) :)

The electrtic, water, and gas are all hooked and running, well I hope the water isn't running right now. ;) We had some problems with the AC but finally have that figured out, we hope. The electrician told us he's had some problems with the circuit breakers not staying fully seated after initial installation. He pressed on them and they seated so hopefully.... The other reason was I didn't fully program the thermostat. There are about 4 different time zones on it I wasn't aware of until I read the instructions, thus it would not cool during those un-programmed times and it would not be cool when we'd come back the next day.

SMI is s'pose to be in today to complete their work and they are having the carpeting professionally cleaned as bedroom windows were used for entrance during construction. The porch wasn't completed so the door could be used.

We didn't need the heat but wanted to share a picture of the gas fireplace lit.
