It's Sunday and we're over to the rental making calls and posting again.

As you can see, I was sitting directly under the feeder taking pictures. I'd say about 2-3 feet away.

We now have over half the HW flooring installed. The loft is complete, except for the baseboard. There is almost half the great room installed and the hallway yet to go.
Darlene & Nathan were our first 'overnight' guests in the new house. Now, Kim & Kris were here prior but the house wasn't completed where we could stay there. :(
This is one of the next projects up and coming, making rooms in the basement for house guests. I'm gonna put a couple bedrooms down there.
