Dave and Judy,
The CO has already been issued and I have got a copy of it in the office. I have also faxed a copy to the bank. The inspections department is no longer involved once the CO is issued.
Effectively the sub-contractors have “finished” however they come back to get everything up and running for you. I could not schedule them until I knew when the power was going to be ready. Since receiving your previous email, I have called and left messages for them to put you on the schedule for either late tomorrow (since we do not know what time Duke power will be there) or first thing Thursday. It usually doesn’t take more than a few minutes for them to turn on and check their work.

Please do not turn anything on yourself, otherwise the contractors may not warranty their work.
Kind Regards
Emma Miller
