Here's what Emma sent to the bank earlier today. We have no idea how long this process might take but Emma makes it sound like it could be right around the corner. :) As you can see she has a copy of the CO but we won't receive ours until after everything is hooked up and running, electric, water, furnace, and LP gas. We're not sure if that includes the gas logs for the fireplace as they haven't arrived on site as yet and the gas company is required to hook them up also.
