I don't think I mentioned previously that SMI had this part of the roofing done prior to them leaving the site Wednesday night. I was told they would be back Monday, now I'm not sure which Monday that might be but I'm hoping for the 16th. ;)
Amerigas installed all gas piping (inside and outside) at the house. The electrician also has the meter box installed and the garage ready for an inspection Monday.
The crew doing the porches set 3 posts, made the steps, and have only 3 more sections of the railing to install. You wouldn't believe the amount of metal brackets they had to install on the porch roof.
I spent some of my time this past week installing the mounting brackets for the fans in the great room and sanding the floor down, as it was about 1/4" too high in places.

Your place is looking beautiful! Can't wait to see the finished product. We are all staying up on the house via the blog, so thanks for keeping up on it! Judy, I'm sure you knew before you left that I was expecting in September, but you probably hadn't heard that it is another girl ;) I know crazy huh?
